Discussion/approval/disapproval to restore a second Deputy Registrar position in Early Voting to fulfill all early ballot requests from voters as Pinal County has experienced a 45% increase in Permanent Early Voters since 2012. We currently have one Deputy Registrar and a Supervisor. A detailed proposal, job description and organization chart are attached. No impact to the 2017/2018 budget. Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Resolution No. 022818-CDBG authorizing submission of application(s) for FY 2018 State Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds and authorizing actions necessary to meet the requirements of the State CDBG program. Discussion/approval/disapproval to restore a second Deputy Registrar position in Early Voting to fulfill all early ballot requests from voters as Pinal County has experienced a 45% increase in Permanent Early Voters since 2012. We currently have one Deputy Registrar and a Supervisor. A detailed proposal, job description and organization chart are attached. No impact to the 2017/2018 budget. However, we are requesting a permanent increase in our budget of $62,793. This includes salary and ERE's. (Virginia Ross)
